​How It Works: The Magic Behind the Mail

Step 1: Choose Your Magic & Correspondent

The process starts with you! On the Mail Club page, you choose the perfect subscription tier (Story Subscriber or Head Correspondent) and select the character whose stories you want to follow: Ollie Whitewing (The Tooth Fairy), Auntie Maeve (The Cat Lady), or Finn Gearlock (The Master Builder from the North Pole).

Step 2: The Studio Creates the Story

Once you subscribe, our Toronto studio gets to work! Every month, we craft a brand-new, original story (printed on high-quality paper) and pair it with a collectible art print designed to match the tale. Your order is then personalized with your child's name and age group, making the letter truly unique.

Step 3: Your Child Becomes the Correspondent

When the mail arrives, the adventure begins! Your child reads the letter and finds the P.S. included at the end. This is their chance to respond to their mythical friend’s latest crisis or question.

The Two Ways to Reply: The parent sends the answer digitally using the form on our website or mail the letter & drawing back to our PO Box. 

Step 4: The Magic Returns (The Follow-Up)

This is the most exciting part! In the very next month's mailing, your child receives a brand-new story and art print.

Monthly Mailing Schedule

All Correspondent Kits are mailed from our studio in Toronto, Ontario, on the 15th of every month.

Response Deadline

To receive a reply in the next letter, your child’s response must be submitted by the 28th of the current month.

Example: If your child receives the November letter (mailed Nov 15th), their response must be submitted by November 28th to be included in the personalized December letter.

Late Submissions

If a response arrives after the 28th, we will still include it in your child's file, and the reply will be guaranteed in the mail two months later (e.g., if you miss the November 28th deadline, the reply will appear in the January letter). Please submit the form even if your child chooses to mail their letter—this helps us receive their message right away and ensures the magic stays alive.

This clear policy protects your time by giving you two full weeks to execute the mail merge and avoids customer disappointment by setting transparent expectations.
